Delivery options for your order

Shipping is determined by the products in your cart and your delivery address. The store has domestic and international shipping profiles, with different methods and rates for different product groups. Check the options offered for your complete order at checkout before payment.

United States orders

Standard and Express methods are configured in the store's general domestic shipping profile. Product-specific profiles may offer different methods and charges. A method name is not a guaranteed delivery date, and an Express shipping option does not shorten a product's production time.

Processing and made-to-order items

Processing or production happens before a parcel enters the carrier network. Where an item is made to order, use the product-specific production information. No single processing or delivery estimate is published for every AD | ICONIQ product.

If you need an item for a particular date, contact premiere@escandalalafiesta.com before ordering. Include the item, destination and required date.

International orders

International delivery options are configured for selected product profiles. An international rate on one item does not establish availability for every item or destination. Confirm eligibility using your complete address at checkout.

Tracking

Check your dispatch confirmation or order status page for tracking when it is available. If you cannot locate it, contact support with your order number. Production progress and carrier tracking are different stages.

Duties and taxes

Review any taxes and import charges displayed at checkout. If the treatment of duties or destination charges is unclear, contact support before payment; this page does not promise that every possible import charge is included.

Address changes and delivery questions

Send an address correction or delivery enquiry to premiere@escandalalafiesta.com as soon as possible. Include the order number and the requested correction. Support must confirm whether a change is still possible.
