For a return, exchange, damaged item or incorrect delivery enquiry, contact premiere@escandalalafiesta.com. Include your order number, the item name or SKU and a short description of the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send clear photographs of the item, its label and the packaging along with your order details. Keep the packaging and order confirmation available while support reviews the issue.

Before sending an item

Contact support for the correct return instructions and destination. A dispatch address or an address printed on packaging may not be a returns address.

Made-to-order and preorder enquiries

Include any production or preorder terms shown when you purchased. Eligibility must be confirmed for your particular order; this page does not classify every made-to-order or preorder item as non-returnable.
