How are AD | ICONIQ products made?
Production methods depend on the piece. Read its product page for confirmed materials, construction and production information. Collection concepts and development imagery do not establish final manufacturing specifications.
How long does made-to-order production take?
There is no universal production lead time. Where made-to-order production is available, review the timing stated for that specific product before purchasing. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size chart for the exact product. A size label from one silhouette or brand may fit differently in another. See our measurement guide; contact us if a verified chart is not available.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Delivery availability and rates depend on the items and destination. The store uses product-specific shipping profiles; the applicable options are shown at checkout. See Shipping.
Can I change my order?
Contact premiere@escandalalafiesta.com with your order number and requested change as soon as possible. A change is not confirmed until support responds; an item already in production or transit may limit the options available.
Can I return an item?
Visit Returns for the current information and how to request help. A standard return window and full eligibility terms have not yet been published; contact us before purchasing if these affect your decision.
How should I care for my piece?
Follow the care label attached to the finished product and its product-specific instructions. Do not assume one washing or cleaning method is suitable for every fabric, print, trim or footwear construction.
What does preorder mean?
A preorder is only available when a product is explicitly offered on that basis with its own terms and estimated timing. A concept image or upcoming collection does not itself open a preorder.
How do footwear sizes work?
Use the verified chart for the exact shoe or slide. EU, US men's, US women's, UK and centimetre mappings depend on the supplier's last and sizing system. We do not use an assumed universal conversion.
Why is a product unavailable?
Some designs are still in development. Availability is shown on the product page; development does not guarantee a release date. Only products offered for purchase can be ordered.
How do I contact customer support?
